Terms of Use

If your organization has signed an Order Form or Statement of Work with IntelligentNoise, the IntelligentNoise Customer Terms at intelligentnoise.ai/customer-terms govern your organization's use of our services, and they control where they differ from these Terms. These Terms cover everything else: visiting the website, reading our content, contacting us, and demo or sandbox access given outside a signed agreement.

The Site is for business use. You must be at least 18 and, if you use the Site for an organization, have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Access to the web app is by invitation or through your organization's agreement. Keep your sign-in secure and do not share it. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you will tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that is misused or puts the Site or other users at risk.

Demo and sandbox workspaces are provided "as is" for evaluation, may contain sample content, and may be changed or ended at any time. Research, contact details and drafts shown in a demo are for evaluating the service only. Do not copy, export or use them for outreach.

You will not: use the Site unlawfully or to harm others; scrape, crawl or access it by automated means; reverse engineer it or try to bypass its security or access controls; upload malicious code; use it to build a competing product or data set; or resell or share access.

The Site, its content and the IntelligentNoise name and logos belong to IntelligentNoise or its licensors. You may view and share our public pages for your own business purposes. No other rights are granted.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

Our Privacy Policy (also at intelligentnoise.ai/privacy-policy) explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site.

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for them, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", for general information. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, IntelligentNoise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site, and its total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100. This section does not limit liability under a signed customer agreement, which has its own terms.

You will defend and indemnify IntelligentNoise against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email support@intelligentnoise.ai with the work, the location of the material, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Washtenaw County, Michigan, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. The version posted when you use the Site applies to that use. Changes to the Customer Terms follow the process in the Customer Terms, not this section.
